Multi-Story Water is an interactive research project that, during 2012, has been exploring people’s relationships with the waterways in the Shipley-Baildon area.

On the weekend of September 21st-23rd, they presented three, inter-locking theatrical tours around the River Aire and Leeds-Liverpool canal, based on the ideas and stories they had   gathered. Each one invited participants to look imaginatively at these watery locations — by reconsidering past events, present circumstances, and possible futures.  These two walks and a boat ride (Green Route, Red Route, and Blue Route) are now documented under the Performances tab on the menu bar on their website (http://multi-story-shipley.co.uk). Some of the responses they received from members of the public are collected in the “Feedback” post on their Blog pages.
