3D Model
My intentions for the project that our team has started to endure is that we would create some sort of simple video showing off all of our 3D models from unique point of prospective, this is the would be intention for our client Steven Bottom my intention however for our own videogame trailer is a little bit different, my intention here i have taken insperation from the idea assassin's creed 3 DLC, tyrant of king washington and to make Sir Titus Salt look more of a tyrant since there were rumors that he was a big meany, I then would take this concept and turn it into more of a wilder idea by putting this concept into a universe were flying 18th century ships are real.
the opening scene would be it look like an ordeany day at hirst lock then all of a sudden an 18th century ship would sail by looking pritty normal then all of a sudden it would just take off and start flying of into another area were there were over flying ships just battling it out for some reason then united reform church, saltaire, would come into view with Sir Titus Salt on it some were then then the building would rise of the groung revealing that it was a giant flying building pirate ship that then flys into battle with the other ships and battles eerrr... some, then the top of the church opens up to reveal a giant portal opening device which then opens a portal where the ships fly into it or something comes out of it.
My Intentions
For making my enviroment more convincing I will be adding a sky for the entire background so it appears were ever you look, so looking up from the enviroment there will be a sky. After adding the sky I'm gonna box in the enviroment with either trees or planes or both but I'll probaly only have to be boxing in what I'm gonna show, when I put up the planes I'll place an image of what might be seen there so it looks like there's somthing there as well as looking like being able to go down there. To make my enviroments that bit more realistic I am going to analise each of my enviroments individualy and work out what type of sounds are heard in that area and note them all down and work out a plan for recording these sounds, I'll have to reserve a day for an outing to each of these areas in which I'll be able to record each sounds I will be needing for each areas. In each of the enviroments we were thinking about the having a voice over to talk about the area/history so we will be needing an actor/someone to read a script, while doing a script we could have a theme so someone could inpersanate someone voice. (Sir Titus Salt, Morgen Freeman, Sir Patrik Stewart or batman).
Back Story
The back story of the trailer is set in Saltaire around 1850 when the United Reformed Church was being built in Saltaire. The story goes like this....,, This world is exactly the same as ours but it’s set in an alternate reality where technology is much more advanced to the extent that , Sir Titus Salt has been able to create flying ships
The design of the ships that are owned by Sir Titus Salt are ships are very similar to those that were built in the 18th century. The hull of the ship is a 18th century design built of wood. The front end of the ship had armour plating on which gave it a distinct advantage if it needed to ram other ships during both water and air combat. It also has armour plating around the port hole where the cannons were fired out of, all of the support railings around the edge of the ship and the captains quarters, for protective fire cover.
The ship had dual forms of flight:
1) It has four jet engines that give it horizontal lift and are powered by coal fires. To move itself forward it uses the sails of a regular ship and is directed using a rudder that is attached to the back of the ship.
2) The secondary form of flight uses a self sustaining balloon which lifts it up into the air. The side jet engines are then rotated to allow them to power the ship forward. Again the steering of the ship is controlled by the rudder at the back.
Guns and cannons are placed at various strategic points (including the base of the ship to allow it to fire on attackers beneath it when in flight) throughout the ship in order to give it maximum fire power and protection from other ships which may try to attack it.
Ships Weapons – Canons: 3 compartment revolving action prior to being reloaded. They are extremely accurate and have an enhanced firepower mechanism. This is all part of his plan to develop his Business Corporation at great speed. He controls this Corporation, which is now developing at great speed he intends this to be the worlds only biggest and most powerful corporation in order to manipulate everything under his will. In this world, up until after 1850, Sir Titus Salt has become more of an evil tyrant compared to the Titus Salt that we know of from history and he is trying to spread his evil Corporation global wide. The Protagonist Jack Daniels – Male born in Saltaire, aged 27. He has a normal average body shape, slick back hair being of a very bright brunette colour and blue eyes, pointed moustache with a little goatee. He wears dark grey trousers which are frayed and torn at the bottom. He has a pair of worn black metal capped boots an off white stained t-shirt, a brown stripped waste coat (which he never fastened), a long leather brown jacket which he always took good care of, a red bandanna fastened round his neck, a worn battered top-hat with a silk red tie wrapped around it and a pair of steam punk goggles which in the main he left resting on the base of his top-hat. For a belt he used a piece of long red cloth that he wrapped around his waist several times. Jack started work for the Salt Corporation as a low level employee. To start with everything seems normal, however as the years progress and we reach the middle of the century everything around him seems to be taking a turn for the worse. Peoples lives are getting worse living conditions are becoming unbearable and life is becoming akin to slavery. Pay is very poor, illness is becoming rife and life expectancy is dropping rapidly. After a life changing event Jack decides to fight against the evil tyrant that Titus Salt has become and joins a band of rebel pirates. He gradually works his way up to be Captain and leader of this group of rebels.
My inspiration for the flying pirate ships came from the film “the three musketeers-2011”. This was a unique idea of transportation that has never been considered before going from sea to over land. This gives the opportunity to have unique battles in the sky like pirates have in the sea. This also gives us an opportunity to create a real world where flying pirate ships exist, as if it was its reality.
Sir Titus Salt – Male born in Morley near Leeds, aged 47. He was a tall man with wealthy look about him but had an unmistakably sinister look on his face. He had a long dark neatly trimmed beard. He was always immaculately dressed and usually wore well polished black shoes (that you could see you face in), black pants, a black leather belt with a silver buckle, a black t-shirt, a black leather waist coat with gold fob watch, a black leather trench coat, a black neckerchief and a silver topped cane.
Weapons
The Breacher - Long Barrel Revolver – Holds a maximum of 6 rounds and is powerful enough to blow a hole in your enemy.
Peace Shooter – Automatic 5 Cartridge Rifle – Holds a maximum of 5 cartridges and is clip loaded and has a high degree of accuracy.
Double Blaster - Double Barrel Sawn Off Shot Gun – Best used for close quarters combat, powerful enough to blow through your first enemy and to continue on.
Meducer - Big 5 Barrel Shotgun – Not quite as powerful as the “Double Blaster” but holds more ammunition so doesn’t have to be reloaded as often.
The Sabre – Sword - Primary melee weapon.
Knife – Your best friend when all else fails.
Buildings
The world / environment that this is set in is an industrial one where buildings are dull and depressing and due to the pollution everything is discoloured and covered in grime. This is a great example of how the poor people are oppressed by the rich who live in an affluent area away from the pollution and disease of the city. Their world is one where buildings have been designed by architects to be aesthetically pleasing and to provide the owner with maximum comfort, security and a healthy lifestyle.

My ideas to use Sir Titus Salt as one of the characters came from rumours that he was actually a tyrant. I thought with this new found information that he could be used as the perfect candidate / character to make this whole idea more realistic. It would be like Assassins Creed built around real life events but with a secret story that happened.
My inspiration for all of this was “Assassins Creed 3 the tyrant of king Washington”. The game is based around the time/idea of when king Washington was president . At this point he was supposed to step down but he decided not to and became an evil tyrant. This was one of my inspirations to use Sir Titus Salt as this type of character.
Pirates were a good use of characters to use that could fight against Sir Titus Salt, since the way of transportation around this world is flying ships it seemed purposed to have pirate back in the picture, even though they only exist in 1500-1700.
This is my prolouge to an idea I had for my backstory.

“Another day in parodies...”, I wake up, still thinking I’m in a dream, all I see are dark cloud, like looking into the dark murky waters of the canal, it felt like I was drowning in a ocean of black inc, just floating there, still like a stiff corpse, but it wasn’t true, this was the harsh reality I live in know, thanks to him, I keep expecting to see the heavens when I wake up, maybe the sound of a nearby tweeting bird or the sight of the shining sun glaring across the sky, but I don’t, It was all destroyed by him, he killed what was a part of us. All I see is what he’s accomplished and all I hear is his destruction, the skies have been covered in a blanket of sut and ash and the only thing that rains on us know is the filth of his exterior.
“Why?, why, why, why”, the only question I keep asking myself, a pointless thing to ask, a pointless thing to keep doing but it’s all I got know, why do I keep dragging myself through this pointless process day after day, with no meaning, no purpose, why do I keep myself alive for his mad desires. Anything that is gained by yourselves is rightful owned, but he never done an honest day work. He treats us like slaves with no regards to our wellbeing, but still he continues to use us like coal on a fire, as if we were expendable.
my two feet anchored to the ground I try to stand tall but there real isn’t anything to stand tall for, I then just stagger on like a wounded soldier and realise the truth that in the eye’s of Sir Titus Salt, I’m nothing to him.
I don’t know why I try to continue, maybe I try to eluded myself with the dream that what I do for Sir Titus Salt that I’m blessed with a purpose or maybe I expecting not to wake up on the streets one day with a cloud of ash above my head, that somehow, one day, this would just stop.
